Job summary

Our Client, a Medical Research company, seeks a Phlebotomist I for its Lumberton, NJ location. You will draw blood samples, prepare specimens for testing, and interact with patients in a professional, compassionate manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 6 months phlebotomy experience required.
• Customer service in retail/service environment preferred.
• Keyboard and data-entry experience required.
• New Jersey phlebotomy credentials/licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to patients and explain procedures.
• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Maintain a safe, professional environment and accurate records.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under supervision.
