Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification is preferred and one year of phlebotomy experience is desired. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
• One year phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
