Quest Diagnostics in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Phlebotomist I for a part-time role on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. You will collect specimens, perform labeling and processing, and support laboratory operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma and phlebotomy training; certification preferred. One year of phlebotomy experience and strong data-entry skills are a plus. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening).
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems and approved tools.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Obtain identification and enter billing information; collect payments when required.
