Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify orders using lab technology systems and client contact.
• Navigate a computer and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments per policy.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, and transport prep.
• Perform non-patient facing duties like inventory and filing.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete trainings on time.
