Responsibilities

• Collect patient specimens for diagnostic testing using venipuncture, capillary puncture, PIVO, and throat swabs.
• Maintain professional environment and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
• Communicate procedures clearly with patients and families, showing empathy.
• Participate in on-call shifts and holiday rotations as needed.
