ICONMA is seeking a Phlebotomist I for our Branford, CT client site. The role involves collecting blood samples, explaining procedures to patients, and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, phlebotomy training or certification preferred, and at least 6 months of phlebotomy experience, plus customer service experience. This full-time position offers health benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsabilités

• Represents the company to patients, assisting with health routines and health insights.
• Draws quality blood samples and prepares specimens per procedures.
• Interacts with patients, explains procedures, and performs blood draws safely and accurately.
• Demonstrates leadership, promotes process excellence and maintains confidentiality.
• Performs daily duties on time; maintains safety, records, and a professional image.
