Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represents the company to patients at the point of care, guiding them through procedures.
• Draws quality blood samples and prepares specimens for lab testing per established procedures.
• Interacts with patients to explain procedures and build trust while ensuring safe, accurate collection.
• Demonstrates leadership behaviors while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
• Performs daily tasks accurately under supervision, maintains a safe, professional environment, and keeps proper records.
