Job summary

ICONMA is seeking a Phlebotomist I for the Sebring, FL location. The role involves drawing blood, preparing specimens, and maintaining a patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy training or certification, and at least 6 months of phlebotomy experience, plus customer service and data-entry skills. Training and health benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 6 months of phlebotomy experience needed.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Represents the face of the company to patients during health routines or health decisions.
• Draws quality blood samples and prepares specimens for lab testing following procedures.
• Provides patient interaction with trust, explains procedures, and performs blood draws safely.
• Demonstrates leadership behaviors, focusing on process excellence and confidentiality.
• Under supervision, performs daily activities accurately, maintains records, and promotes a professional image.
