Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of general work experience OR comparable education in the medical field.
• Customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with donors to collect essential health information and explain the donation process.
• Maintain donor comfort by creating a friendly environment and supporting repeat donations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by accurately collecting and recording data.
• Assist with mobile drives and Donor Centers by setting up and transporting equipment as needed.
