Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens and biometric screenings.
• Navigate lab technology systems to verify orders and patient information.
• Enter data accurately and assist with billing when required.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete training courses in a timely manner.
• Assist with inventory, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean work area.
