You will work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with every 3rd Saturday 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and you will be expected to navigate lab systems and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, phlebotomy training or certification preferred, and about one year of phlebotomy experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.
• One year phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments per policy.
• Process specimens: label, centrifuge, aliquot, freeze, prepare for transport.
• Perform non-patient facing duties: inventory, sanitation, filing, phones, emails.
• Follow departmental policies and maintain logs.
• Assist in statistics/data compilation when required.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete training timely.
