Manpower Group (USA) seeks a Phlebotomist I in Greenville, KY to perform venipuncture and pediatric specimen handling in a patient-focused setting. You will collect high-quality specimens and support diagnostic testing, delivering compassionate care on the front lines.

This contingent role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–3:30pm), with a pay rate of $20.00–$21.45 per hour and a potential pathway for hire based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience.
• Strong pediatric phlebotomy experience.
• Excellent specimen collection and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
• Customer service experience in a retail, healthcare, or service environment preferred.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Ability to meet compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on pediatric patients.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures.
• Accurately maintain required records and documentation.
