Foundation Health Partners is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician to perform specimen collections across multiple departments in a high-volume clinical setting. You will ensure accurate patient identification, proper labeling, and timely transport to the analytical area, while assisting the team during slower lab periods.
The role requires phlebotomy certification, strong communication, and a commitment to service excellence. Full-time, 40 hours weekly, with 5x8 shifts and benefits available.

Your primary responsibility will be performing laboratory specimen collections, ensuring patients have a positive experience while receiving safe, accurate, and efficient care. During slower periods in the lab, you'll assist providers and the care team with traditional Clinic Technician duties, making this a well-rounded role with a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.

This position is responsible for the collection and receipt of biological specimens, proper entry into the computer system, preparation of samples for analytical testing, and/or distribution of these specimens to the proper analytical area. This includes responsibility for pre and post aspects of analytical testing. This position will also perform specified analytical testing as assigned. This position may perform duties associated with blood donor registration services.
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.
