Global Technical Talent, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist Floater for 1st shift in South Windsor, CT. The role requires on-site work with coverage across multiple sites, including patient service centers and long-term care settings.

The position entails drawing blood, preparing specimens, and delivering accurate results while maintaining patient confidentiality. It also involves coaching new staff and coordinating duties with on-site leadership to ensure timely patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
• Must have completed phlebotomy training.
• Five years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site phlebotomy activities across locations as needed.
• Explain procedures clearly and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Coordinate with PSR/On-site leads and mentor new staff.
