Under area supervision, you will maintain records, ensure confidentiality, and perform duties safely and efficiently, leveraging 3–5 years of phlebotomy experience and strong customer service background.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
• State credentials/licensing: Completed phlebotomy training.

• The Phlebotomist III draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares specimens for lab testing following established procedures.
• Represents the face of the company to patients and explains procedures to ensure comfort and trust.
• Maintains records and documentation; handles forensic and clinical specimen collection with accuracy and confidentiality.
