Job summary

Global Technical Talent, Inc. seeks a Phlebotomist Floater for 1st shift in Marion, OH. This onsite contract role covers multiple locations, with rotating weekends and a 7:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule, supporting phlebotomy testing and patient care.

The candidate will draw blood, prepare specimens, and explain procedures while leading on-site activities and mentoring staff. Requires five years of phlebotomy experience and relevant certifications where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training preferred (medical assistant/paramedic).
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures and build trust with patients during blood collection.
• Provide coverage at multiple locations and rotate as needed.
• Lead and mentor on-site PSR staff and onboarding for new employees.
• Coordinate with Sales, Lab Testing, IT, Billing and Logistics on complex orders.
