We are seeking a Phlebotomist Floater to provide exceptional customer service, perform specimen collections, and serve as the face of the company. This role involves floating between Patient Service Centers and/or client offices, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM with a 1-hour lunch. Hours and locations may vary based on business needs.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 21 years old
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record
• Preferred: Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
• 5+ years of outpatient laboratory experience as a phlebotomist
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Flexibility for overtime
• Ability to pass a color blindness test

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages
• Collect specimens for various tests
• Accurately enter patient data
• Process billing and collect payments as needed
• Prepare specimens for testing
• Maintain logs of patient and specimen information
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Perform administrative duties and travel to additional sites as required
