The role requires a high school diploma or California CPT license, with preference for 1+ year phlebotomy experience and bilingual (Spanish/English) applicants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT).
• 1+ years of experience as phlebotomist (preferred).
• Current or prior experience with Labcorp (preferred).
• Bilingual with proficiency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
