Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Float for Fallbrook, CA. You will perform venipuncture and capillary draws across age groups, collect specimens for various tests, and enter patient data accurately. Travel to additional sites may be required.

The role offers a quarterly incentive bonus and comprehensive benefits. A high school diploma or GED is required; a California CPT license is preferred. Bilingual Spanish-English candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collecting payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
