Confident Search Consultants is seeking a Phlebotomist for a contract-based role in Monroe, NY (float position). The schedule spans Monday to Thursday 8:00am–5:30pm and Friday 8:00am–1:00pm, with an initial duration of 3 months and potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities include blood draws, labeling, and maintaining accurate records. Requires valid phlebotomy certification and at least 6 months of venipuncture experience in a busy lab or hospital.

Formación

• Phlebotomy certification valid for the employing state.
• Minimum of 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Perform venipuncture and blood collection.
• Label specimens and prepare for transport.
• Operate centrifuge and record maintenance data.
• Ensure proper specimen handling and storage as per protocol.
• Adhere to OSHA and DEP regulations; attend trainings.
