Pay Range: $21.73 - $28.49 per hour

Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement

Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program: Phlebotomists may be eligible for a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Benefits: Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees working less than 20 hours can participate in the 401(k) plan only. For more details, click here.

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills, relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, internal equity, and market data.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, hours vary between 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, with additional days/hours possible, including Saturday rotation. Typical schedule is 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Position includes overtime.

Work Location: 1550 S. Potomac St., Suite #322, Aurora, CO 80012

***Territory coverage includes Aurora, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Denver, Arvada, and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
  • Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
  • Accurately and promptly enter patient information.
  • Process billing information and collect payments when required.
  • Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
  • Maintain logs of patient and specimen information.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed.
  • Travel to additional sites as required.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a phlebotomist is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record if applicable.
  • Flexibility for overtime.
  • Able to pass a color blindness test.
