Pay Range: $21.73 - $28.49 per hour

Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement

Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program: Phlebotomists may be eligible for a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Benefits: Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO or FTO, Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. All job offers will be based on skills, relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, internal equity, and market data.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, hours vary between 6:00am - 6:00pm, with potential additional days/hours including Saturday rotations. Typical schedule is 8:00am - 5:00pm. Position includes overtime.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Accurate and timely data entry of patient information
• Process billing and collect payments when required
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen logs
• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed
• Travel to additional sites as required

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
• Preferred: Previous phlebotomy experience
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Proven customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Flexibility to work overtime
• Ability to pass color blindness test
