Pay Range: $21.73 - $28.49 per hour

Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, hours vary between 7:00am - 6:00pm, with potential additional days/hours including Saturday. Typical schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm. Overtime may be required.

Work Location: 2230 S. Fraser St., Unit #1, Aurora, CO 80014. Territory includes Aurora, Broomfield, Thornton, Golden, Arvada, Evergreen, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Denver, and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Accurately enter patient information and process billing and payments as needed.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Perform administrative duties and travel to sites as required.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• Previous phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Reliable transportation; ability to pass color blindness test.
• Flexibility for overtime.
