Job summary

Labcorp in Dyer, IN seeks a Phlebotomist to join our team. Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri 6:30am–11:00am, part-time on-site role. You will perform blood collections, collect specimens for drug screens, and ensure accurate data entry and billing support.

The candidate will routinely provide excellent patient service, maintain logs, and travel to additional sites as needed. Phlebotomy certification or training is preferred, with strong communication and reliability across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or phlebotomy certification/training, or 3+ months of phlebotomy experience.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen logs.
• Provide superior customer service to patients.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
