Job summary

LCA Lab. Corp. of America in Florida is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform blood collections and maintain patient information records. You will provide excellent customer service and handle various specimen collections while working a flexible schedule, primarily on weekends.

Applicants must have a high school diploma and phlebotomy certification or equivalent experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for employees working 20+ hours a week, including health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or at least 3 months experience as a phlebotomist.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
