Job summary

You will be the face of Labcorp, delivering friendly, accurate service in a fast-paced environment. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and phlebotomy certification or related training, with 3+ months of phlebotomy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months experience as a phlebotomist is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
• Travel to additional sites when required.
