H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a phlebotomist to support a fast-paced clinical lab. The role focuses on blood draws, specimen processing, labeling, and data entry in patient records.

You will ensure specimen integrity, compliance with OSHA and DEP regulations, and timely communication with clinical staff. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of phlebotomy experience, a valid state phlebotomy certification, and comfort with Microsoft Office for record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed as required in some states.
• Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast paced lab or hospital setting.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and venipuncture accurately.
• Label, centrifuge, and prepare specimens; maintain accurate records.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly and courteously to patients.
• Package specimens for transport and ensure proper temperature control as needed.
• Follow OSHA and DEP regulations and attend annual trainings.
