• Performs specimen collection with appropriate techniques and provides supplies.
• Provides patient care if post-venipuncture reaction occurs.
• Data entry in HIS/LIS per policies and procedures.
• Ensures proper container type, centrifugation, and transport conditions.
• Releases orders and handles LIS/HIS workflows.
