Job summary

The American Red Cross is hiring phlebotomy staff for fixed-site locations in Michigan. Paid phlebotomy training is provided; no prior medical experience required. You will support donors, collect blood, and ensure compliance with safety procedures while contributing to life-saving operations.

Ideal candidates have customer-service experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. Shift work includes early mornings and evenings with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates degree OR a combination of education and work experience is required.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience in a public setting is required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include lifting, pushing or pulling heavy weights and long hours.
• Basic computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
