Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at a client site in Midlothian, VA. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4pm with rotating Saturdays. The role involves venipuncture, capillary collections, data entry, and basic billing tasks.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and phlebotomy certification or training, with 1 year of experience preferred. Travel to additional sites may be required, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Other Duties as assigned.
