Labcorp in Richmond, VA is seeking a Phlebotomist for a casual - PRN position. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections across all age groups, process specimens, and ensure accurate data entry and billing support.

The role emphasizes exceptional patient service, flexibility to work overtime, and the ability to travel to additional sites as needed. High school diploma or GED and phlebotomy certification or training are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months+ experience as a phlebotomist.
• Preferred: 1 year+ phlebotomy experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
