Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where employed.
• Minimum of 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and collect specimens with proper labeling.
• Label, centrifuge, and process specimens per protocol.
• Record maintenance data and ensure specimen integrity.
• Explain venipuncture steps clearly to patients and comply with OSHA/DEP rules.
• Attend required department trainings and maintain documentation.
