Zaddy Solutions in Oceanside, CA seeks a Phlebotomist for a 3-month contractual assignment with the potential to go permanent. The role requires performs blood draws, specimen labeling, centrifuging, and accurate data recording.

Shift pattern includes 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend coverage and mileage reimbursement. Qualifications include a state phlebotomy certification and at least 6 months of venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting;

Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where employed is required.
• Minimum of 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens per established procedures.
• Label, centrifuge, and store specimens as required by test order.
• Record maintenance data and decontaminate equipment; update patient information as needed.
• Explain the venipuncture process in a clear, courteous manner to patients and/or other staff.
