Soap Creek Resources is seeking a Phlebotomist in Baltimore, MD for a 3-month contract with potential for permanent placement. The role requires 2–4 years of diagnostic phlebotomy experience and pediatric to geriatric patient handling. Training, workflow improvements, and trouble-shooting are part of the responsibilities.

Responsibilities include performing blood draws, labeling and processing specimens, and ensuring proper documentation and compliant handling according to protocols.

Competenze

• 2-4 years of diagnostic phlebotomy experience required.
• Pediatric to geriatric experience required.
• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed as required in some states.

Mansioni

• Perform blood draws and collect specimens following established procedures.
• Label specimens, centrifuge, and record maintenance data.
• Explain the venipuncture process clearly to patients and ensure 100% correct labeling.
