RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Phlebotomist for a contract role in Manassas, VA. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with a projected duration of 3 months and potential for permanent placement. Responsibilities include blood draws, specimen labeling, data entry, and adherence to procedures.

Minimum qualifications include state phlebotomy certification, 6 months venipuncture experience, MS Office proficiency, and a high school diploma or GED. May require work at another Manassas location.

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where employed.
• Minimum 6 months venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Experience doing blood draws and labeling specimens.
• Prepare specimens for centrifugation and testing.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients.
• Ensure proper packaging and transport of specimens.
• Maintain accurate patient and test information in the system.
• Adhere to established procedures and temperature controls.
