Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in phlebotomy or clinical setting.
• Current Phlebotomy Certification required (NPS/NCCT/NHA/NPA).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and other blood collection procedures with correct patient identification.
• Unpack, stock, and discard expired supplies; maintain inventory.
• Review NextGen EHR requisitions for missing diagnosis codes and data.
• Print and/or send requisitions from EHR to LIS when requested by the office.
• Ensure proper specimens are drawn and the phlebotomy area is clean and safe.
• Assist in the main lab and support patients as needed.
• Communicate issues to the Office Manager, Phlebotomy Lead, and Lab Director.
