Job summary

Vitalant is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist to travel within a 200-mile range and support donor experiences. You will greet donors, perform blood draws (training provided), and keep donor records accurate and organized. A driving role involves a paid 10-week Denver training, with Sunday-Thursday schedules and start date on 10/12/2026.

Must have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. The role offers comprehensive benefits including insurance, a 401(k) with 5% company match,

Job Description:

We’re hiring immediately, and we will train you! Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we’re here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant’s donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

What to Expect

Schedule: Sunday- Thursday. Variable hours

Start Date: 10/12/2026

Base pay: $19.39 - $20.60 / Hour

Other compensation: 5% mobile premium

Salary is commensurate with a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.

Training Information:

• 10-week Paid Mandatory Training program in Denver- 100% attendance required
• Training schedule is Monday through Thursday with occasional Friday 7am-5:30pm for classroom training and then field training follows the mobiles.
