Job summary

Vitalant seeks a Mobile Phlebotomist to support blood drives within a 200-mile range, ensuring donors have a comfortable, convenient experience while contributing to lifesaving work.

You will train through a 10-week program, including 8 weeks in Fargo, ND, with travel as needed. Schedule is Monday–Friday, occasional overnights; base pay $20/hour; Start Date: 10/12/2026; comprehensive benefits provided.

• Active driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Able to lift 40 pounds.

Job Description:

We’re hiring immediately, and we will train you! Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we’re here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant’s donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

What to Expect

Schedule: Monday – Friday – No Weekends. Include Occasionally 2-3 overnights per month (All Expenses: hotel room and food Paid by the company).

Base pay: $20 / Hour

Salary is commensurate with a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.

Start Date: 10/12/2026

Training Information:

• 10-week Paid Mandatory Training program - 100% attendance required.
• Including 8 weeks in Fargo, ND (All Expenses: hotel room and food Paid by the company).
• Monday - Friday 7:00am -5:30pm; for classroom training and then field training follows the mobiles.
