Job summary

Vitalant in Fargo, ND is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist. We offer training, whether you are new or have phlebotomy experience, to help you grow and perform your best. You will support donor care by setting up blood drives within a 200-mile radius and create comfortable donation experiences.

The role includes paid 10-week training, lodging and meals on overnight stays, and a base pay of $20 per hour. You'll travel with varied hours, Monday through Friday with occasional weekends, starting 9/14/2026.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Able to lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, keeping them comfortable and informed.
• Perform blood draws (paid training provided).
• Manage accurate and organized donor information.
• Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from caring managers who are invested in your career and success.

Job Summary

We’re hiring immediately, and we will train you! Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we’re here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant’s donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations within a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

Schedule & Pay

Work Shift (if applicable): Shift 1 (United States of America)

What to Expect: Schedule: Monday – Friday – Varied Hours, Occasional Weekends. Include 8‑12 overnight stays per month (All Expenses: hotel room and food Paid by the company). Base pay: $20 /Hour. Start Date: 9/14/2026.

Training

10‑week Paid Mandatory Training program – 100% attendance required. Including 8 weeks in Fargo, ND Monday – Friday 7:00am – 5:30pm; for classroom training and then field training follows the mobiles.
