Job summary

Vitalant is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist to join our donor care team and support blood drives within a 200-mile radius. You will greet donors, perform blood draws after training, and maintain accurate donor records while delivering a comfortable donation experience.

The role offers paid training, a schedule Monday–Friday with some weekends and two overnight stays monthly, and benefits including medical/dental/vision coverage and a 401K with company match. A sign-on bonus is included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Able to lift 40 pounds required.

Job Description

We're hiring immediately, and we will train you! Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we're here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant's donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations within a 200‑mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

Work Shift

Work Shift (if applicable): Shift 1 (United States of America)

Schedule

Monday through Friday, Occasional weekends and 3 overnight stays per month (All expenses paid, and Hotel room provided)

Pay & Compensation

Base pay: $16.45 - $17.15 / Hour

Other compensation: 5% mobile premium. Plus $4,000 Sign on Bonus

Salary is commensurate with a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.

Training

Start Date: 10/12/2026

10-week Paid Mandatory Training program. Monday - Friday 7:00am -5:30pm - 100% attendance required. Including 8 weeks in Fargo, ND (All Expenses: hotel room and food Paid by the company)
