Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a plasma donation center associate to support donor screening, monitor health, and uphold safety standards in Utah. The role includes operating automated plasmapheresis machines, responding to donor reactions, and maintaining donor confidentiality while ensuring customer happiness.

Responsibilities include assisting with donor suitability, monitoring equipment and donor health, and following all safety, PPE, and disposal procedures in a fast-paced plasma center environment,

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Superior customer service standards.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • State licensures or certifications where applicable.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Ability to work around biological fluids and potential infectious organisms.
  • Ability to stand 6–8 hours per day.

Job description

  • Ability to walk up to 6-8 hours per day
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs. regularly, with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.

  • Ability to work around biological fluids and potential infectious organisms
  • Ability to work around electrical office and laboratory equipment
  • Ability to work in extreme cold below 32°F in a plasma freezer
