Job summary

Jobtailor in Everett, WA is seeking a Plasma Center Donor Services Associate to assess donor suitability, establish rapport, and maintain donor confidentiality while delivering outstanding customer care. You will set up and operate automated plasmapheresis machines, monitor donor health, respond to donor reactions, and ensure equipment and PPE compliance in a busy center.

Job description

  • Assist in determining the suitability of donors
  • Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while ensuring donor confidentiality
  • Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions
  • Monitor donors and equipment to ensure donor health and product quality
  • Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines
  • Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment
  • Work in a plasma center while using required personal protective equipment
  • Relate sensitive information to diverse groups
