Job summary

Vitalant is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist to support donor care teams and conduct blood drives in community settings. Training is provided, and you will help create comfortable, convenient donation experiences for donors across town.

Shifts include Sunday–Saturday with variable hours; base pay is $16.45–$17.15 per hour. Comprehensive benefits, 401K with company match, and tuition assistance are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Able to lift 40 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, keep them comfortable and informed.

• Manage accurate and organized donor information.
• Receive coaching and support from caring managers.

Job Description

We're hiring immediately, and we will train you ! Whether you are just starting your career, or new to the blood banking industry, we're here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best.

Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant's donor care team in creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donor volunteers, most days you'll conduct a blood drive around town in one of our buses; other days you'll interact with donors at one of our local donation centers. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

What to Expect

Schedule: Sunday - Saturday variable hours with 2 days off

Base Pay: $16.45 - $17.15 / Hour
