Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform blood collections by venipuncture for patients of all ages at Hinsdale, IL, and surrounding sites. You will prepare specimens, maintain logs, and deliver excellent patient service while supporting multiple clinics.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, and either National Phlebotomy Certification or eligibility to sit for the exam. Prior phlebotomy or healthcare experience and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent required

• Prior experience as a Phlebotomist OR an equivalent combination of graduation from a certified phlebotomy school coupled with work experience in a healthcare field preferred
• Moderate knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred
• Ability to perform blood collections by venipuncture technique for all age groups
