Prime Ledger is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager/Director to drive the company’s marketing strategy in the tokenization and real-world asset space. You’ll spearhead campaigns, create content, manage channels, and generate a qualified pipeline while collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of B2B marketing in fintech, capital markets, digital assets, or financial services
• Proven track record of campaigns that generate pipeline and engagement
• Working knowledge of blockchain, tokenization, or digital securities
• Strong writing skills and ability to simplify complex topics
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation/CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and analytics
• Well organized with multiple projects and deadlines

Responsabilités

• Plan and run multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, X, email, webinars, and SEO, GEO and earned media to generate and nurture leads
• Produce and manage content, including blog posts, thought leadership, case studies, newsletters, and sales materials
• Manage our social media presence and grow engagement with our target audiences
• Support co-marketing with ecosystem partners, including blockchains, custodians, broker-dealers, and industry associations
• Work with sales on account-based campaigns, lead handoff, and enablement materials
• Manage the marketing stack (CRM, email automation, analytics), and track and report on campaign performance and KPIs
• Manage agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed
• Coordinate event and conference participation, from logistics and booth materials to follow-up campaigns
• Keep all communications consistent with brand guidelines and financial-services compliance standards
• Bring ideas to shape marketing strategy and planning alongside the Head of Marketing
