Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in nonprofit development/advancement, healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AP Style and corporate brand guidelines; ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of major gift and principal gift proposals and cases for support.
• Manage annual giving appeals and mid-level proposals across five foundations.
• Translate funded proposals into high-level impact reports for donors.
• Provide editorial leadership on fundraising priorities and messaging.
• Create and oversee visual collateral using Canva and brand templates.
• Collaborate with fundraisers, physicians, and leaders to craft donor-ready concepts.
