Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Philanthropy Writer to translate complex clinical priorities into donor-ready proposals and compelling cases for support across five foundations. You will manage writing projects from concept to completion, collaborate with fundraising teams, and ensure narratives inspire giving while aligning with brand standards.

The ideal candidate will be an outstanding writer/editor with AP style knowledge, project management expertise, and experience with multi-channel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in nonprofit development/advancement (healthcare preferred).
• Knowledge of AP Style and corporate brand guidelines; ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Canva and CRM tools; strong project management and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management and creation of major gift and principal gift proposals and cases for support.
• Develop multi-channel annual giving appeals and mid-level proposals, coordinating with outside vendors.
• Translate funded proposals into high-level impact reports for donors.
• Provide editorial leadership on fundraising priorities and donor-ready concepts.
• Oversee visual production using Canva and corporate templates; ensure brand-aligned collateral.
