Endeavor Health is seeking a Philanthropy Writer to craft compelling donor narratives and proposals for major gifts across five hospital foundations. You will translate clinical priorities into donor investment opportunities and manage projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate is an outstanding writer with knowledge of philanthropy, AP style, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with fundraisers and clinicians is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in nonprofit development/advancement.
• Knowledge of AP Style and experience with brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Experience in multi-channel direct marketing or annual giving appeals.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end development of major and principal gift proposals and donor cases.
• Develop multi-channel annual giving appeals and donor communications campaigns.
• Produce post-gift impact reports and stewardship content.
• Provide editorial leadership on fundraising priorities and messaging.
• Oversee visual production of proposals using Canva and templates.
