Job summary

Solomon Page in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Program Associate to join a leading Global Macro Hedge Fund. The role combines administrative, operational, and programmatic support for philanthropic initiatives and family office activities, with about 70% focus on the Foundation and 30% on Family Office projects.

Requirements include 1–3 years in nonprofit/philanthropy and a Bachelor’s degree. The position offers base salary 60–90k, discretionary bonus, and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3+ years of nonprofit/philanthropy experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Interest in philanthropy, nonprofit management, public policy, education, research, conservation, or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings with nonprofit leaders, academics, researchers, advisors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Attend board meetings, site visits, conferences and events; prepare notes and track follow-ups.
  • Review grant proposals, conduct background research, and provide input on funding opportunities.
  • Support development and implementation of projects with partner organizations.
  • Track initiatives, milestones, and action items; ensure timely execution.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and research memoranda for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics and briefing materials.
  • Provide admin and operational support to senior leadership.
  • Assist with family office projects and strategic initiatives; support foundation convenings.
