Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking a Philanthropy Operations Coordinator to support donor engagement, campaigns, grants, stewardship, and event planning. You will manage donor records, generate reports, and coordinate cross-functional activities with philanthropy, finance, marketing, and clinical teams.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree with 2–4 years in admin or nonprofit fundraising, strong Microsoft Office and CRM experience, and a commitment to HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s Degree (Bachelor's preferred) with 2–4 years in admin, project coordination, or nonprofit fundraising.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with database systems or CRM software.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for local travel and be available for evenings/weekends.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrates ability to maintain donor confidentiality and HIPAA standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor acknowledgement processes and stewardship communications.
• Maintain donor, prospect, campaign, and event records in the philanthropy database.
• Generate routine reports, mailing lists, and fundraising activity summaries.
• Support grant administration and campaign materials preparation.
• Coordinate event logistics, registrations, invitations, and post-event follow-ups.
• Assist with department budgeting, invoices, and vendor payments.
• Collaborate across philanthropy, finance, marketing, and clinical teams.
• Participate in occasional evenings and weekend events and local donor meetings.
